IDC,ACCA partner

The Industrial Development Corporation -IDC-and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants -ACCA- have signed a Memorandum of Understanding -MoU- to work together to promote economic development.

IDC Chief Executive Officer, CORNWELL MULEYA, says the MoU aims to raise professional standards and encourage growth in Zambia’s financial and industrial sectors.

Speaking at the signing ceremony in Lusaka, Mr. MULEYA expressed confidence that ACCA will provide access to its professional development resources, which will help improve the financial skills within IDC.

And ACCA Zambia Country Director, JANICE MATWI, said the partnership will help create new opportunities and keep both organizations competitive in a fast-changing industry.
