“Ignorance of Cancer symptoms almost cost me my life” Joshua JereJuly 17, 2024061900 A 59 Year Old cancer survivor has urged women to take cancer screening seriously to avoid life threatening complications. DOROTHY MBOSHA who suffered from cancer of the uterus has told ZNBC News in an interview that her ignorance to cancer symptoms almost cost her life. Ms. MBOSHA says she had been living with untreated fibroids for over 20 years and was discovered to have uterus cancer last year in March. Ms. MBOSHA says she is currently living cancer free and usually goes for regular checkups and has called on women to take the deadly disease seriously. Meanwhile, a 27 year old man based in Kazungula district is appealing to well wishers for financial assistance to help him undergo a leg surgery. CHRISTOPHER HAMACHILA who broke his right leg while playing football says he requires 9,000 kwacha to undergo surgery at the Livingstone University Teaching Hospital. Click to rate this post!
