Investrust Bank Plc listing terminated

The Lusaka Securities Exchange has formally terminated the listing of Investrust Bank Plc.

This is with effect from today July 15, 2024.

LuSE Chief Executive Officer NICHOLAS KABASO has confirmed in a statement.

Mr KABASO said the delisting follows the notice LuSE issued on April 2nd, 2024 regarding the halt of trading in the Securities of Investrust Bank Plc on all LuSE platforms.

He said that there was also a subsequent notice issued on April 24th, 2024 regarding the suspension of the listing of Investrust Bank Plc.

Zambia Industrial Commercial Bank Limited (ZICB) has entered into a Purchase and Assumption Transaction with the Bank of Zambia as part of the resolution of Investrust Bank Plc.
