John Mambo disappointed with govt officials not implementing HH’s Vision
Chikondi Foundation has expressed dissatisfaction with the failure of some government officials to implement Presidential directives for action and the delivery of government programs.
Foundation President JOHN MAMBO says it is widely known that President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA has issued clear instructions for Ministers, Permanent Secretaries, and statutory bodies to effectively translate his vision into reality.
Bishop MAMBO says it is unfortunate that this is either not happening or is progressing at a disappointing pace.
He says since taking office in August 2021, President HICHILEMA has made several significant orders and decisions aimed at fulfilling his vision for Zambia.
In a statement to ZNBC News, Bishop MAMBO said The President’s vision focuses on economic recovery, anti-corruption efforts, mining, good governance, education, healthcare, and improving the overall standard of living for all Zambians.
Bishop MAMBO said that while there have been some achievements, it is evident that the President and the people of Zambia are not satisfied with the pace of implementation in many key areas.
Bishop MAMBO believes it is time for all outstanding government work under the responsibility of Ministers, Permanent Secretaries, and statutory bodies including the Public Private Partnership to be fully executed for the benefit of the citizens.
As Zambia marks three years under the current administration, Bishop MAMBO has called for urgent action within the public and other sectors to accelerate national development.
