Judicial service Commission told to employ professionals
By Rosemary Kamanga
Justice Minister, PRINCESS KASUNE, has urged the Judicial Service Commission to continue employing professionals.
Ms. KASUNE says this is crucial in ensuring that free and fair justice is delivered to the people.
She also added that there is a need to ensure proper investigations are conducted before defendants can be prosecuted to avoid wrongful prosecutions.
Ms KASUNE made the remarks when the Judiciary Service Commission paid a courtesy call to her office in Lusaka today.
And, Judicial Service Commission Chairperson, LOUIS MUKANDE, explained some of the challenges the Commission is facing, which includes having only one office and a lack of adequate infrastructure.
