Kalyalya reappointed Governor
The Central Bank has announced the re-appointment of DENNY KALYALYA as BANK Governor.
The re-appointment is in line with Section 10 of the Bank of Zambia Act number 5 of 2022.
Bank of Zambia Assistant Director- Communication BESNART MWANZA says Dr KALYALYA has demonstrated exceptional leadership and has been instrumental in the progress made in strengthening the financial sector.
Ms MWANZA says Dr KALYALYA has also enhanced the Bank’s contribution to macro- economic management and stability under a very challenging time.
This is according to a statement issued to ZNBC News in LUSAKA today.
