KAMANGA’s case not closed yet – DEC

The Drug Enforcement Commission -DEC- says Football Association of Zambia President ANDREW KAMANGA’s case is still active.

This is in a case where Mr. KAMANGA and three others were reported for alleged misappropriation of funds.

DEC- Public Relations Officer ALLAN TAMBA says the Commission submitted a docket of the case to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions -DPP-for guidance.

Mr. TAMBA told ZNBC News that having reviewed the content of the docket; the -DPP- provided the needed guidance to the DEC for further processing.

And Mr. TAMBA said during the course of these interactions, consultations on the possibility of an out of court settlement commenced.

He said this route is still underway.

Mr. TAMBA said once investigations are concluded, the public will be informed of the outcome.
