Kawama: govt implementing projects to improve lives
ZANIS -Ministry of Information and Media Permanent Secretary, THABO KAWANA, says Government is implementing a number of projects and programmes to improve the livelihoods of Zambians.
Speaking when he called on Luapula Province Deputy Permanent Secretary PRUDENCE CHINAMA at the Provincial Administration today, Mr KAWANA said the social cash transfer has continued to enhance the livelihoods of vulnerable Zambians especially in rural areas
He said programmes such as the free education policy should not go unnoticed as many children are accessing school.
Meanwhile, Ms CHINAMA said there is a need for a mindset change of all people to ensure the country is developed.
She stated that working with the media the Luapula Provincial Administration is highlighting various developmental programs being undertaken by the government in the region.
