Kawana Disappointed with Opposition Criticism

Information and Media Permanent Secretary, THABO KAWANA, says it is disappointing for opposition political parties to claim that President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA is working hard doing the wrong things.
Mr. KAWANA has told ZNBC News, in Livingstone, that it is not shocking for the opposition to make such claims.
He says this is because they are used to doing the wrong things to an extent that when one does something right, they see it as a wrong.
He says contrary to the claims, President HICHILEMA is working hard to correct the wrongs and restructure the debt that the previous regime accumulated.
Mr. KAWANA says to ensure that all Zambians benefit from the national cake, President HICHILEMA reintroduced free education and brought back meal allowances for university students.
He says because of President HICHILEMA’s hard work, the country’s economy which was growing negatively under the Patriotic Front – PF government is now recording positive growth.
Mr. KAWANA has advised the opposition political parties to learn something from President HICHILEMA’s hard work because the era of embezzling pulic funds will not come back.
He has assured Zambians that the country is destined for greatness under President HICHILEMA’ leadership and hard work.
