King Salman bin Abdulaziz Hospital to completed this year
(ZANIS )Ministry of Health Permanent Secretary for Technical Services, Kennedy Lishimpi, says the King Salman bin Abdulaziz Hospital in Lusaka’s Chalala area is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
Dr. Lishimpi adds that the health facility, which will be a specialized Women and Newborn Hospital, will have state-of-the-art equipment.
The Permanent Secretary told Zanis that the hospital will be much bigger compared to the current UTH Children’s Hospital.
He said the 800-bed capacity specialized hospital will also be furnished with an infant section that will have the capacity to admit more than 300 neonates on a daily basis.
