Kitwe woman who was stabbed 17 times by ex-husband dies

A 28 year old woman Of Kitwe’s Kwacha Township has died after she was stabbed multiple times by her estranged husband.

The deceased ELIZABETH CHIKOSOLA is said to have died at around 04:00 hours this morning after battling for her life at the Kitwe Teaching Hospital Intensive Care Unit.

KTH Head of Department Surgery ENOCK SOKO has disclosed that the deceased was stabbed 17 times which led to severe wounds and huge amounts of blood loss.

Dr. SOKO says investigations have revealed that severe injuries have led to her demise.
