President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA has called on Zambians to learn from the life of Justice ANNEL SILUNGWE who was diligent and professional as he carried out his mandate of delivering justice.
President HICHILEMA says Justice SILUNGWE’s legacy of timely delivery of justice should be emulated by the legal fraternity.
He says it is saddening that some people have not had justice availed to them for over 20 years.

Justice SHIVUTE said the judiciary will continue to celebrate Justice SILUNGWE for his remarkable contribution made to the sector in Namibia.
Meanwhile, Justice SILUNGWE’s family described him as a cornerstone of the family whose legacy will be upheld as he leaves an indelible mark in the lives of many.
