Livingstone farmers skeptical about rainfall
By Angela Limwanya
Some farmers in Livingstone who lost their crops in the 2023/2024 farming season due to the drought are still skeptical about planting this farming season.
DAVIES MUMBA of NATEBE farming block says most farmers are still waiting for constant rains before they can plant.
He has told ZNBC News in an interview that the area which suffered one of the worst drought in many years only received rains last week.
Another farmer from KASIYA resettlement, MERVIS MUSHABATI says most farmers want to be sure if they will receive normal to above normal rains before they can plant.
