By Alice Lubasi
Mumbwa Member of Parliament CREDO NANJUWA has urged Local Authorities to be professional in the procurement of goods and services.
Mr NANJUWA says the acts of unprofessionalism are killing the market for local constructors.
He has urged Local Authorities to not get involved in corruption and avoid awarding contracts to constructors who deliver low quality work.
Speaking when he visited Kabulwebulwe Primary School in Mumbwa which has had its roof blown off due heavy rains, Mr NANJUWA advised local Authorities to consider engaging military personnel in various projects.
