Local Govt. Commission Calls for Induction Workshops for New Recruits

The Local Government Civil Service Commission has called on local authorities to organize induction workshops for newly recruited personnel.

Commission Chairperson Ackson Sejani emphasized the importance of the workshops in familiarizing recruits with the local government system.

Speaking to ZNBC News, Mr. Sejani encouraged the new recruits to work diligently, prioritizing the well-being of Zambians.

Some recruits expressed gratitude to the government for the opportunity and praised the transparency of the recruitment process.
