Some Lusaka residents have supported the proposed constitution amendment on the increase of representation of women, youths, and persons with disabilities in the National Assembly.
One of the residents, Emmanuel Mwale says the move shows goodwill from government.
Mr. Mwale told ZNBC News that now is the time for youths to tap into the knowledge of senior parliamentarians.
And Blessed Kalaba has challenged the youths to further their education as they aspire for leadership position.
And on persons with disabilities, Grace Militu said the proposal is necessary, because persons with disabilities understand the challenges their face.
