Manufacturers make budget proposals
By Alice Lubasi
The Zambia Association of Manufactures -ZAM- has urged government to include measures in the 2025 national budget that will promote re-investments in various sectors.
ZAM President ASHU SAGAR says smuggling of goods into the country is making it hard for manufacturers to upscale production.
Mr. SAGAR was speaking when he featured on ZNBC’s Kwacha Good Morning programme today.
And Mr SAGAR has urged manufacturers to adopt solar and other sources of energy to keep the sector moving.
Meanwhile, Mr. SAGAR says President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA’s visit to China will bring about employment for Zambians.
