Munir Zulu found with case to answer

Lumezi Member of Parliament MUNIR ZULU has been found with a case to answer in a matter where he is charged with expressing hatred, ridicule or contempt of race.

Mr. ZULU has been put on his defence by Lusaka Resident Magistrate AMY MASOJA.

Magistrate MASOJA has ruled that the prosecution has established a prima facie case against Mr ZULU to warrant the court order to put him on defence.

She has ordered Mr. ZULU to present sworn evidence and call six witnesses in pursuit of his defence in the matter.

The matter has been adjourned to December 6, 2024 for Mention and January 15, 16 2025 for defence.
