Mr MWENYE was later released to seek further medical attention.
Police Assistant Public Relations Officer GODFREY CHILABI says police recorded a damage only road accident allegedly caused by drunken driving.
Mr CHILABI says MWENYE 49, who was driving a Toyota Hilux with registration number BAX 1085 lost control of the vehicle and hit a gate forcing it open and subsequently causing damage to the vehicle and the building.
