Nalumango mourns Sheleni

ZANIS -Vice President MUTALE NALUMANGO has eulogized the late Chilanga District Commissioner DAVID SHELENI, who died on March 14, 2025.

Ms NALUMANGO described the late Mr SHELENI as a leader who was committed to change and served the community for the better.

She said this when she visited the funeral house in Chilanga.

Ms NALUMANGO says the late District Commissioner was a leader who valued teamwork and his death is a loss not only to the family but also to the government.

She also encouraged the family to stay strong during this trying moment and pledged the government’s support.

Mr SHELENI died in the early hours of March 14, 2025, at his house following an illness.

The late District Commissioner was appointed in November 2021, a position he served until his death.

Mr SHELENI, will be laid to rest on March 18, 2025, at Memorial Park Burial Site in Lusaka.
