Vice President MUTALE NALUMANGO says the government will continue to invest in the education sector to change Zambia for the better.
The Vice President was speaking during the Gideon Robert University 11th Graduation ceremony after she was conferred with an Honorary Doctorate in Education.
Meanwhile, Education Minister DOUGLAS SYAKALIMA said the Government values education and treats it as an investment.
Mr SYAKALIMA said the country needs graduates who can drive innovation and foster change.
And, Gideon Robert University Vice Chancellor Professor RODALD KAULULE
appealed to the government to extend student loans to students at the University because some people fail to undertake training because of lack of funding.
