
Nalumango Pays Tribute to Late National Assembly Clerk, Roy Ngulube

Vice President MUTALE NALUMANGO has described Clerk of the National Assembly ROY NGULUBE as a man whose life was defined by dedication, loyalty and tireless service to the country.
Mrs. NALUMANGO says Mr. NGULUBE trained, mentored and guided countless Members of Parliament.
The Vice President said this during the church service held in honor of Mr. NGULUBE at Cathedral of the Holy Cross in Lusaka today.
And Speaker of the National Assembly NELLY MUTTI said the National Assembly has lost a dedicated and committed employee who was diligent, excellent and full of integrity.
Ms. MUTTI said his death has left her in shock given that he was in high spirits when they were in Tashakent, Uzbekistan.
And in a tribute read on her behalf, wife of Mr. BETTY NGULUBE said that he was a wonderful husband and father.
Meanwhile, Former Saint Paul’s Secondary School mates Representative MORDSON RUVEVE said Mr. NGULUBE’s life is worth celebrating.
And Inter-Parliamentary Union -IPU- Zambia Branch Representative HARRY KAMBONI commended Mr. NGULUBE for his diligence to duty and always putting others first.
Mr. KAMBONI said Mr. NGULUBE did not segregate against any parliamentarian regardless of their political affiliation and urged others to emulate his dedication to duty.
