NAPSA payouts exceed 10 billion kwacha

The National Pension Scheme Authority-NAPSA- partial withdrawal has been accessed by over 470,000 people since its inception.

The beneficiaries have accessed over TEN Billion Kwacha.

Ministry of Labour and Social Security Permanent Secretary, ZACHARIAH LUHANGA disclosed this during the launch of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management Savings and Credit Cooperative Society in Lusaka today.

Mr. LUHANGA said it is important for human resource personnel in government to take their work seriously and lead by example.

And Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management President KELVIN SHAMIZHINGA urged members to save more to avoid destitution after retirement.

Meanwhile, Institute Registrar SIKATUMBA CHILALA said there is need for human resource personnel to prioritize the well-being of employees in various departments.
