NIPA starts teaching renewable energy

President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA has praised the National Institute for Public Administration -NIPA- for integrating renewable energy studies into its curriculum.
President HICHILEMA also says the Institute’s partnership with LONGI, a leading solar technology Company from China, is commendable.
He has further commended NIPA for installing a weather station on its campus, in partnership with the Zambia Meteorological Department.
The President said this in a speech read on his behalf by Vice President MUTALE NALUMANGO during the 26th graduation ceremony at NIPA in Lusaka today.
Meanwhile, NIPA Executive Director JACOB MALUNGO said NIPA has to be a trusted think tank for the Government as it is a strategic national institute focusing on public service training.
Meanwhile, NIPA has partnered with the President of State University of New York, STEADY MOONO, to launch a scholarship scheme for students who demonstrate exceptional academic skills.
