No Cholera in Kafue

The Ministry of Health says results of suspected Cholera cases in Kafue have come out NEGATIVE.
Health Ministry Spokesperson KALANGWA KALANGWA has assured that the ministry has intensified surveillance for diarrheal diseases as the rainy season is approaching.
Dr. KALANGWA has told ZNBC News that the ministry is taking proactive measures to ensure all diarrheal cases are tested for cholera at various health facilities nationwide.
Health Minister ELIJAH MUCHIMA recently alerted the nation of suspected cholera in Kafue District during a press briefing in Lusaka.
And Dr. KALANGWA says NO new cases of Mpox have been recorded so far.
He says the patient who contracted the disease is now stable adding that his rush has dried up.
