By Sharon Siame
Leader of the Opposition in the House, Robert Chabinga, says opposition MPs are eager to receive the address from President Hakainde Hichilema on the progress made in the application of national values and principles.
Mr. Chabinga says the opposition MPs will ensure that they provide alternative perspectives and solutions on how to promote a deeper understanding of national values and principles.
He has also praised the government for implementing the cash-for-work program, which enabled citizens to engage in community projects and earn a decent living.
Meanwhile, Mr. Chabinga has congratulated the three members of Parliament who have been ushered into the House.
