Opposition MPs Resolve to Work with Government Due to Good Policies

Some opposition and independent Members of Parliament and Councillors from Eastern Province have resolved to work with the government because of the good policies and leadership of President Hakainde Hichilema.

Chipangali Member of Parliament Andrew Lubusha says he has been left with no option but to support the government because all the needs of the people in his constituency are being addressed.

Speaking during an engagement meeting with UPND party structures, Mr. Lubusha, who is also PF Eastern Province Chairperson, says the MPs appreciate the reception within the UPND.

Meanwhile, Msanzala Member of Parliament Elias Daka says the works of President Hichilema speak for themselves and the reward is to give the UPND an MP for Petauke Central.

Chasefu Member of Parliament Misheck Nyambose says the people of Petauke have been given another chance to elect a humble MP who will work for the people and table their concerns in Parliament.

Special Assistant to the President for Politics, Levy Ngoma, says all the MPs and Councillors are welcome to work with the UPND because President Hichilema believes in unity.
