The Road Transport and Safety Agency -RTSA- has cautioned motorists to take the Buckle Up campaign seriously in order to save lives.
RTSA Acting Public Relations Manager, MUKELA MANGOLWA, in an interview with ZNBC News, said the agency is imposing the prosecution of non-compliant road users in order to ensure safety.
Mr. MANGOLWA has also urged public service drivers to be compliant with the law as they are mostly found at fault.
And a bus driver, MILEZ SILWIMBA expressed ignorance about the Buckle Up Campaign but has urged his fellow drivers to adhere to the traffic rules as it is for their own good.
Another driver, WESLEY KALIMBA advised passengers to buckle up as they are usually non-compliant and argumentative.
