SDA Pastor praises HH for not tolerating political violence

Hillcrest District Seventh Day Adventist Church Pastor, MUNGENDE MUKOSWE has thanked President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA for NOT tolerating political violence.

Pastor MUKOSWE says the church does not believe in any form of violence and that President HICHILEMA’s consistent message of NO violence resonates with the church.

He says the church and politicians must be speaking the same message of unity and
peace.

Pastor MUKOSWE has since urged the church to remain united and provide an example to the nation.

And Saint Augustine’s & Saint Monica’s Anglican Church Livingstone East Parish Priest ACKSON KAMPALA has urged the church and politicians to preach peace and unity.

Fr. KAMPALA says politicians and the church must preach peace even as the country celebrates 60 years of independence and ahead of the 2026 general elections.
