
Sikongo to spend K16m on 18 CDF Projects

The Sikongo Town Council in Western Province has allocated 16 million Kwacha towards the implementation of community projects under the 2025 Constituency Development Fund.
Council Public Relations Officer, SUSAN SAMULELA says the money will be spent on 18 approved community projects.
Ms. SAMULELA says part of the allocation will go towards the construction of classroom blocks, health facilities and procuring a garbage collection truck.
She also says the local authority intends to drill boreholes and buy furniture for health facilities under the same allocation.
Ms. SAMULELA says the implementation of the projects will improve access to quality education; healthcare and clean water.
