Sunday Chanda Denounces Blacklisting Claims as Baseless Propaganda

Kanchibiya Member of Parliament, Sunday Chanda, has described as baseless propaganda claims by some sections of society that Zambia has been blacklisted from the United Nations Human Rights Council.

Mr. Chanda told ZNBC that it is unfortunate that the false narrative is being amplified by some opposition political parties and former government officials.

He said those assertions are not only misleading but also harmful to Zambia’s image on the international stage.

Mr. Chanda said it is important for citizens to realize that the propagation of fake news undermines democracy and erodes trust among citizens.
