“Time for Constitutional Amendments is now”

The Citizen’s Democratic Governance- CDG – says the time for the Constitution amendments is NOW because the clauses identified by government are non -contentious.

CDG Executive Director, JEFF NGOMA told ZNBC News that articles such as the representation clause, will give Youths, Women and minority groups opportunities to have political representation .

Mr. NGOMA called on youths to participate in governance matters as this is the only way they can be heard.

He said some unpatriotic citizens have continued to politicize the process and are failing to point out ills in the proposed clauses for amendment.
