UPND Expels Frazer Moonde and Kebby Sikangila for Misconduct

The UPND has expelled its National Management Committee Member, Frazer Moonde, for anti-party activities.

The party has also expelled its Chisankane Ward Councillor, Kebby Sikangila, for misconduct.

UPND Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa announced the expulsions today during a press briefing.

Mr. Mweetwa, who is also Chief Government Spokesperson, said the National Management Committee acted on recommendations presented to it by the National Disciplinary Committee.

At the same event, Citizens First National Spokesperson Mwanawina Kwibita and CF National Youth Chairperson Charles Mufungulwa, along with other members, defected to the UPND.

Mr. Kwibita said the team has come to the ruling party to support development and enhance democracy.
