“UPND is not interested in inducing by-elections”

UPND Consultant MARK SIMUUWE says the UPND is not interested in inducing by-elections.
Mr. SIMUUWE says this is because by-elections are a cost on the national treasury.
Speaking when he featured on ZNBCs program The Update, Mr. SIMUUWE said
UPND is committed to respecting its mandate to lead the country responsibly and sustainably.
He disclosed that the interest in joining UPND is overwhelming, demonstrating confidence that people have in the party.
