US based UPND member impressed with CDF

UPND member based in the United States of America ALI MWEENE says he is impressed with the opportunities that the Constituency Development Fund- CDF- is creating for entrepreneurs in the country.
In an interview with ZNBC News, Mr. MWEENE said this is important because an economy is driven by small businesses.
He said it is unfortunate that growth of the economy has been affected by effects of climate change.
Mr. MWEENE said he is hopeful that with good rainfall the country will be on a path to recovery.
