
Zambia to Host Mosi-Oa-Tunya Rally
Zambia will host the first-ever Mosi-Oa-Tunya Sub-Saharan Regional Rally, an event expected to boost tourism and sports development.
The rally, which is being organized by Harley Owners Group Lusaka Chapter with support of other partners, will take place from 26 to 29 September 2025 in Livingstone.
Speaking at the launch of the 2025 Mosi Oa Tunya Sub-Saharan Regional Rally, Minister of Tourism RODNEY SIKUMBA praised Harley Owners Group Lusaka Chapter for the initiative and assured them of the government’s support in making the Rally a flagship event in Zambia’s adventure tourism landscape.
Speaking at the same event, Transport and Logistics Minister, FRANK TAYALI said government will offer full support, such as provision of Road Safety services through the Road Transport and Safety Agency-RTSA.
Meanwhile, Youth, Sport and Arts Minister, ELVIS NKANDU said the rally will bring together motorcycle enthusiasts from across the continent and beyond, showcasing the thrill and excitement of motorsport.
And, HOG President DANI BEAINI thanked the government for their support.
