Chipolopolo players start jetting in for Chad game

Foreign based players JOSEPH SABOBO BANDA, CLATOUS CHAMA and KENNEDY MUSONDA are early arrivals as the Chipolopolo have set base in Ndola ahead of the back to back AFCON Qualifiers against Chad.
All the local players have joined camp with Libya based midfielder KELVIN KAMPAMBA also being among the first players to arrive in camp.
Others expected to join the team this evening are Scottish based FRANKIE MUSONDA and EVANS KANGWA.
Football Association of Zambia -FAZ- Communications Manager SYDNEY MUNGALA however says LUBAMBO MUSONDA and STOPILLA SUNZU have been ruled out due to injury.
The duo joins LAMECK BANDA and EDWARD CHILUFYA who are set to miss the two legged fixture due to Injury.
MUNGALA says the team will have a full training session tomorrow as all the players are expected to be in camp.
Speaking to ZNBC Sport News, MUNGALA has since urged football fans to turn up in numbers and support the team.
The Chipolopolo will face Chad in the first leg of the 2025 Morocco AFCON Qualifiers on October 11th, 2024 at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium.
