Hauptle challenged to get tactical with Copper Queens
By Wilson Mulinda
Sports Minister Elvis Nkandu says new Copper Queens Coach Norah Hauptle should implement tactical football in the squad.
Nkandu says the majority of the success by the Copper Queens has come as a result of individual brilliance by some top players, which should not always be the case.
He told ZNBC that the Copper Queens can become one of the most feared teams on the continent if the coach is given time and space to implement a playing philosophy in the team.
Nkandu has also stated that the coach can easily win the support of all football fans if she can win the WAFCON, as well as go an extra mile by making it past the group stage at the World Cup.
