King Lubosi Imwiko II Boosts Sports in Western Province

King Lubosi Imwiko II of Western Province has gifted football items to the Football Association of Zambia Committee in the region.

The donation, comprising balls and jerseys, is meant to support the football clubs that have been facing challenges in acquiring sports kits.

The King, who spoke through the Ngambela Mukela Manyando, said he is encouraged and motivated to support sports in the province, following the elevation of two girls from the Western Province to the Under-20 Girls National Football Club.

King Lubosi Imwiko II stated that the traditional leadership is committed to supporting all sports codes in the province.

Nine football clubs have so far benefited from the royal gesture.
