“Those opposing cyber laws are the ones with a tendency of spreading falsehood”

Chikondi Foundation Founder Bishop JOHN MAMBO says the Cyber crimes and cyber security law will bring sanity in the cyber space.

Bishop MAMBO says now is the time to ensure that social media is used to spread positive messages rather than unpalatable language and hate speech.

In a telephone interview with ZNBC news, Bishop Mambo said those that oppose the cyber law are the ones with a tendency of attacking others and spreading falsehood because they have now realized that it is an offense to do so.

Meanwhile, Governance Expert NG’ANDE MWANAJITI said those with issues over the cyber law must raise them following established procedures.

Mr. MWANAJITI said it is important to underline that the Law responds to Societal dynamics, as every good citizen must obey  all laws equally.
