Coach Mulwanda tips U20 Chipolopolo players to make the most of AFCON
By Chansa Kunda
Under 20 Men’s Football team Coach BOYD MULWANDA has urged the players to see the Africa Cup of Nations as a platform to change their lives.
MULWANDA says his side will also emulate the 2017 U-20 Squad that won the tournament and qualified to the world cup.
He says the 2025 U20 AFCON presents an opportunity for the team to also make history by winning the tournament and qualifying to the World Cup.
MULWANDA says the team is under pressure as they face Sierra Leone in their opening group game but that they have a good squad that can deliver.
And Captain JOSEPH SABOBO BANDA says the team is ready for the AFCON.
BANDA has since called on fans to rally behind the team.
The game against Sierra Leone will kickoff at 18:00 hours tomorrow.
