Chipolopolo Coach eyes victory

Chipolopolo Coach AVRAM GRANT says this evening’s game against Sierra Leone is important, and has tasked the team to conclude the qualifiers’ journey with a win.

Speaking prior to this evening’s game, GRANT said having already sealed qualification to next year’s Africa Cup; the players are expected to give a good account in Liberia by ensuring that they win.

He said collecting maximum points will put the team in a good position as the aim is to finish top of group G.

And Striker JOSEPH SABOBO BANDA said the presence of football fans is what pushed him to play good football against Ivory Coast.

And Chipolopolo team doctor WESLEY NG’ONGO said KELVIN KAMPAMBA and GIFT MPHANDE might miss this evening’s game after sustaining knocks during the Ivory Coast encounter.
