By Mark Ziligone
Government has unveiled plans to revamp ZAMPOST bus services to address the financial challenges the institution is currently facing.
Technology and Science Minister FELIX MUTATI says ZAMPOST has been facing pressure which has significantly impacted its revenue generation.
Mr. MUTATI says the rapid growth of the private courier sector has created a more competitive landscape, forcing the institution to adapt in order to stay relevant.
He was responding to Nakonde Member of Parliament LUKAS SIMUMBA during the question for oral answer session in the National Assembly.
Mr. SIMUMBA wanted to know whether Government is aware that ZAMPOST workers have not been paid for the past three months.
