High temperatures expected

Most parts of the country will experience high temperatures between December 1st and 12th, this year.
Green Economy and Environment Minister MIKE MPOSHA says the temperatures will range between 33 and 43 degrees Celsius with reduced rainfall activity in most areas.
He was speaking at a press briefing where he announced the outcomes and implication of the COP29 Climate Change conference resolutions which was held in Azerbaijan.
Meanwhile, the Metrological Department has advised users of the weather information to follow the daily updates in order to plan adequately.
Department Director EDSON NKONDE said the high temperatures the country is experiencing does not change the earlier rainfall forecast announced in October.
