
Kamanga in Cairo for CAF General Assembly
Delegates from Member Associations are in Cairo, Egypt for the 14th Confederation of African Football General Assembly, where a new executive will be elected.
CAF President PATRICE MOTSEPE is expected to be unopposed for a second term at the helm of the federation.
Football leaders from across Africa, along with prominent figures in international football, are attending the meeting.
And according to the FAZ Facebook page, FAZ President ANDREW KAMANGA who is running for a FIFA Council seat is also in attendance.
Another key priority for the federation will be to support Morocco’s preparations to co-host the 2030 FIFA World Cup.
