
NAPSA Considers Demolishing Part of Society Business Park
The National Pension Scheme Authority-NAPSA- is currently engaging an Engineering Consultant to provide safety guidelines on the optimal approach to demolishing the Office Block and Car park at the Society Business Park.
NAPSA Director General Muyangwa Muyangwa disclosed this during a press briefing in Lusaka today.
Mr Muyangwa says the two structures are deemed to be structurally unsound.
He says the hotel tower and the retail mall are confirmed structurally sound and will NOT be affected.
Meanwhile, Mr. Muyangwa says NAPSA has recorded an increase in contribution income, with the collection of 8.5 billion Kwacha in 2024 compared to 7.35 billion Kwacha in 2023.
He says the authority registered a total of 3.3 million members.
Mr Muyangwa says the authority had 1.1 million active members in 2024, compared to 1.04 million active members in 2023.
