National teams to go for international camp-FAZ

The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) says all the national teams that have qualified for the Africa Cup of Nations tournaments will have international camps.

FAZ Communications Manager, Sydney Mungala, says the teams will play friendlies next year as part of their preparations.

Mungala says this will be done with the help of the government through the Ministry of Youth, Sport and Arts, emphasizing that the association is also ready to support the teams’ preparations.

In an interview with ZANIS Sports, Mungala also disclosed that the association will host a Four Nations Tournament for the Zambia National Women’s Team in March to assess the team’s readiness before the WAFCON Tournament in Morocco.
