Nyundu convicted of corruption

Water Resources Management Authority-WARMA- Director General KENNETH NYUNDU has been convicted for corruption by the Lusaka Magistrates Court
LUSAKA Resident Magistrates Court ANNA HOLLAND passed the verdict.
Magistrates HOLLAND has ruled that the prosecution has proved the charges against Mr. NYUNDU beyond reasonable doubt.
In this matter Mr. NYUNDU was accused of corruption involving over 700,000 Kwacha.
It was alleged that Mr. NYUNDU on dates unknown but between February 05, 2021 and July 30, 2022 in Lusaka, dishonestly obtained over 700,000 Kwacha.
