“Women U17 have capacity to win World Cup”

Football Association of Zambia -FAZ- General Secretary REUBEN KAMANGA is confident that the Women’s Under 17 team have the capacity to win the World Cup.

KAMANGA says the team is currently on an intensified training program aimed at ensuring they are ready for this month’s Dominican Republic U-17 Women’s World Cup and possibly win the title.

He says the Association is working on exposing the team to at least two high profile friendly games before the tournament commences.

KAMANGA who recently visited the team in training says both the coaches and players are optimistic of representing the country well at the world stage.
