Zambia set to host the Mine Tech launch

Zambia is set to host the Mine Tech launch tomorrow at the National Institute for Scientific and Industrial Research in Lusaka.

Technology and Science Minister FELIX MUTATI explains that the launch aims to raise ten billion United States dollars for African youth mining start-ups.

Speaking at a media briefing in Lusaka today, Mr. MUTATI emphasised that the initiative also seeks to address challenges faced by African youth mining start-ups.

And United Nations Development Program-UNDP- Resident Representative JAMES WAKIAGA said Zambia is among ten African countries selected to host various initiatives.
